What started as Scarlett Curtis experimenting with early VR headsets and Unity prototypes soon evolved into a studio that brings together developers, designers, artists and storytellers under one mission – to make technology emotional.

Meet Scarlett Curtis
Scarlett Curtis is the creative force behind ScaterTech – a pioneer in Tennessee’s indie game scene and a passionate advocate for accessible, human-centered technology.
Her journey began in visual design and digital storytelling, where she discovered how deeply narrative and interactivity could merge. Over the years, she mastered both the artistic and technical sides of development – from 3D modeling and scripting in C# to directing full-scale VR productions.
In founding ScaterTech, Scarlett wanted to bridge the gap between imagination and implementation. She envisioned a studio where every idea, no matter how bold or experimental, could become a playable experience. Today, she leads the team as both developer and storyteller, ensuring each project carries emotional depth and technical excellence.
